Welcome to the Mid-Atlantic Sailing Association (MASA)

MASA is a group of a dozen or so families from the Washington DC area who share ownership in two sailboats and a love for the water. We have an '87 O'Day 322 which is berthed on the West River (Chesapeake Bay) and an '87 Catalina 27 which is berthed near Washington DC on the Potomac River. We enjoy our boats for recreational sailing – cruising, day sailing and for some, competing in racing series on both the Bay and the Potomac River.

Our goal is to provide people who love sailing an economical means to have access to sailboats and enjoy the fabulous boating opportunities afforded by the Chesapeake Bay and Potomac River. Feel free to browse around, and if you have any questions, please let us know.
